Delivery is free to the UK Mainland (*see below for exceptions)

For furniture and large items, please allow 7-21 working days subject to availability. Where possible we use our own delivery teams who travel the country on a 3 week rota system…if 3 weeks is too long to wait, please contact us to find out when we are next in your area or for information on express delivery services. We will contact you by email or phone to advise of an expected delivery time slot, we will also contact you again by phone an hour before we arrive – meaning you don’t have to wait in all day for us!

Smaller items may be sent by courier, allow 3 – 7 working days

*deliveries to Devon, Somerset , Cornwall (PL,EX,TQ) Highlands of Scotland a surcharge is applicable. Postcodes which are subject to a delivery surcharge are as below

London postcodes within the M25 ring road will also levy a surcharge for larger items

Additional Delivery Information:

Most items are delivered using a one man courier. This means the delivery driver will deliver to your front door and is not insured to enter your house. If you live in a block of flats or apartments then the driver will only deliver to the ground floor lobby or communal area.

For large items, eg furniture, large home decorations, you will be contacted to arrange delivery. 

We cannot accept responsibility for any losses or costs incurred as a result of late deliveries regardless of the cause. We will do our utmost to ensure our customer is kept informed at all times and try and resolve the issue with the couriers at the earliest possible time.

Once delivery is booked and it fails due to some reason then additional charges will be applicable to re arrange the delivery.

If you however want to cancel order after failed delivery than cancellation will be subject to charges.

Additional Information

Our delivery teams will ONLY deliver ground floor without a working lift. If the lift is working and the goods can fit in the lift we can deliver to any floor. Any deliveries above ground floor where the lift is NOT working or there is NO LIFT, we can ONLY deliver to the ground floor.

Due to the high volume of orders at present, our stock numbers are rapidly changing by the day. Therefore we can’t guarantee immediate delivery of your item(s), until our replenishment stock arrives back into our warehouse. If you are unable to wait we would be more than happy to refund you within 3 working days
